Compri Health is a private, membership-based medical practice. Your monthly membership covers ongoing primary care, preventive services, and the time we spend helping you understand and manage your health.

No per-visit copays. No separate charges for routine in-office treatments. Just a predictable monthly fee for the care included in your membership.

Getting started

Your one-time $200 onboarding fee covers the additional time and resources involved in establishing a new clinical relationship, reviewing your health history, and developing your initial care plan.

What's included in your membership?

Visits and ongoing care

• In-person and virtual appointments

• Annual wellness examinations

• Preventive care and chronic disease management

• Evaluation and treatment of illnesses and injuries

• Communication with your care team between visits

Annual laboratory testing

Your membership includes an annual laboratory panel covering:

• Complete blood count (CBC)

• Comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP)

• Fasting insulin

• Ferritin

• Vitamin B12 and folate

• Vitamin D

• Thyroid function (TSH and free T4)

• Lipid panel

Additional testing may be recommended based on your individual health needs. We can use your health insurance or arrange testing through Labcorp.

In-office treatments and supplies

There is no additional charge for medications administered in our office, nebulizer treatments, or routine supplies associated with procedures such as blood draws, sutures, and wound care.

What might cost extra?

Most routine care provided at Compri Health is included in your membership.

Occasionally, additional laboratory testing, outside services, or medications may carry separate charges.

For patients receiving compounded medications, including certain hormone preparations, low-dose naltrexone (LDN), semaglutide, or tirzepatide, medication costs may be billed separately.

You'll always know before there's an additional charge from Compri Health. Your provider will discuss the options and associated costs with you before proceeding.

A simple membership. Insurance still works like insurance.

Compri Health is not health insurance or a traditional concierge practice. We provide the primary care services described in your membership agreement for a predictable monthly fee, without billing your insurance for those covered services.

Your health insurance continues to work as it normally would for prescriptions, additional laboratory testing, imaging, specialists, hospital care, and other outside services, according to your individual plan.

Membership does not replace health insurance or satisfy federal health coverage requirements. You remain responsible for the cost of services not included in your membership agreement, and we encourage you to maintain health insurance for care outside our practice.

The difference is how we work together. Your relationship with Compri is built around continuity, access, and thoughtful care—not how many individual visits we can bill.
